No Hidden Fee

We only get paid for our services if you win your case. If your claim is denied, you owe us nothing.

Additional Costs

While our representation is based on a contingency fee, there may be additional costs associated with obtaining medical records, expert opinions, or other necessary documentation to support your case. These costs are not included in our standard fee and will be passed on to you at the actual expense.

Our goal is to keep expenses as minimal as possible while ensuring your case has the strongest evidence to support your claim.

Fee Structure

Our fees are regulated by the Social Security Administration. We receive 25% of your past-due benefits, up to a maximum set by the SSA ($9,200), and nothing comes out of your future monthly payments.
